I'm Italian. It's not my say how to cook a brisket, especially to a Texan. But, you know, I like to try and experiment all kind of recipes and since I love bbq... what better than brisket!The only problem, when Saturday I decided to bbq, the weather wasn't cooperating! So, instead of bbq, here my oven-bag brisket, moist and succulent. I've learn this method from a nice Southern lady, so it shouldn't be so bad!!!!
Ingredients for 10:
Rub the meat with the spices and the salt. Put it in the bag with the fat part on top; add the chopped vegeetables and the beer. Seal the bag; make some cut on the top and put it in a large baking pan. Roast it in the oven for 6-7 hours (or until fork tender) at 225 F.
